Come Home to Who You Actually Are

Hiding, performing, or editing yourself to be acceptable takes a quiet, constant toll. Hypnotherapy isn't about becoming a different, more acceptable version of yourself: it's about clearing away what was never really you, so the person underneath has room to show up.

You don't need to be “fixed”

Maggie doesn't believe you're broken. Often the pattern someone wants to change - hiding, performing, staying agreeable - made sense once, as a way to stay safe. Understanding the purpose it served, even after it stops helping, is usually where real change starts.

LGBTQ+-affirming, by design

Maggie's practice is explicitly LGBTQ+ affirming, welcoming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental. Her primary audience is LGBTQ+ individuals and allies navigating identity, self-acceptance, and authenticity. The focus is never on changing who you are - it's on helping you explore your relationship with yourself, your identity, and your choices.

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem. Sometimes you simply know something isn't working anymore and want to understand why. That's enough to begin.
