Stop Performing, Start Setting Boundaries
Saying yes when you mean no, over-explaining a simple “no,” or feeling responsible for everyone else's reaction. These run automatically, underneath conscious choice. Hypnotherapy works with the pattern at that level, so a boundary starts to feel like a simple sentence instead of a small crisis.

Why boundaries feel so hard to hold
People-pleasing is usually a learned survival strategy, not a personality trait - a way of staying safe by keeping everyone else comfortable. It often formed for good reason at the time. The trouble is it doesn't turn off on its own once it stops being necessary.
An approach built around you, not a script
Rather than teaching you boundary scripts to recite, Maggie's work explores what the people-pleasing part of you is trying to protect (Parts Work), and reshapes the automatic guilt reaction that fires before you can even finish saying no (NLP), so boundaries stop costing you so much to hold.
